Face analysis terms of use

These terms of use cover the free photo measurement tool and optional saved reports provided by AI Attractiveness Test. By using the service, you agree to the scope and conditions below.

Eligibility and permission

The face test is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use your own photo or obtain permission from the adult depicted. Do not use the tool to rate children, harass people, publish non-consensual ratings or impersonate someone.

The free face analysis service

The first version offers a free, single-photo geometry test with component explanations and optional result downloads and user-controlled social sharing. No purchase or subscription is needed for this test. Features may be changed or withdrawn as the product develops.

One-time report purchase and delivery

A complete report costs USD $9.90 per report, paid once. It is not a subscription and does not grant credits for future reports. The report expands a single test into 16 derived measurements, four component explanations, measurement-based styling experiments, general skin-care guidance, reading priorities and a PDF download. Styling ideas concern reversible presentation choices, not anatomical changes. Skin care is general information rather than a personalized skin assessment. Measurements use a fixed, disclosed formula. After payment verification, a third-party AI processing service generates the deeper explanation from derived numerical measurements, with your consent; it does not include a human review, AI styling images, medical advice or a validated prediction of attractiveness.

An account and explicit consent to save derived measurements are required. The original photo remains in your browser. Payment is confirmed by the server before report content is generated and unlocked. Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment. If confirmation is delayed, check payment status on the saved report page; do not buy a duplicate report to resolve a delay.

Deleting a report is not a refund request. A refunded purchase no longer provides access to the saved report, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain applicable. For delivery or payment problems, email support@attractiveness-test.co or follow the instructions on the help page. Keep your order number; do not send card details or your face photo.

Interpreting a result

Scores compare estimated facial geometry with selected product references. They are experimental and are not objective measures of beauty, population rankings, medical assessments or predictions of social or romantic outcomes. Do not use them for healthcare, employment, access to services or other consequential decisions.

We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, identical across devices, or suitable for a particular purpose. Lighting, pose, perspective, image editing and model limitations can affect the output.

Responsible use

Do not try to bypass controls, overload the service, interfere with other visitors or exploit security weaknesses. Do not submit material you lack permission to use. You are responsible for your use of downloaded or shared result cards and the privacy of anyone depicted.

Privacy and accounts

The core test processes photos locally as explained in the privacy policy. Optional account functions are separate; protect any account credentials you choose to create. Local clearing does not remove files you have downloaded or shared.

Availability and legal rights

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not accept responsibility for losses caused by reliance on an experimental score or interruptions in availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and updates

Contact details and troubleshooting instructions are listed on the help page. These terms may change with the service. The date above identifies the current version.

Generated report delivery

AI-generated text can contain mistakes. The numerical score and measurement table remain calculated by the disclosed formula; model prose does not provide a second score or professional assessment. Do not purchase expecting photo editing, medical advice or a prediction of how other people will rate you.

If generation fails, your payment remains associated with the report. You can retry without paying again, within the service's bounded attempt limit, or contact support for delivery assistance or refund review. A failed report is not silently substituted with template text. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
